Out of respect for the recent tragic events in Brooklyn Center, as well as the imminent verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial, our May 6 virtual fundraiser has been postponed.  We plan to reschedule this event for late spring/early summer and will keep you informed as soon as we have selected a date.  We are still looking forward to this as an opportunity to generate support for our work, including vital implicit bias training for law enforcement.

When you support ISLEP, you also support lawful, safe, and effective law enforcement. Our next training this May is at REM5 Virtual Reality Laboratory in St. Louis Park. By focusing on empathy first, these immersive implicit bias trainings take participants through a series of thought-provoking experiences designed to reinforce trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve across Minnesota.

"The Interactive and visual tools used in the training made it more enjoyable
and effective than the normal classroom style lecture and death by PowerPoint"
